![]() | BEN FEUERʼS fascination with classic cinema and television (including the films of Billy Wilder, Ernst Lubitsch and Preston Sturges and shows like Moonlighting, Buffy and Frasier) serves as the inspiration for his vivid and inventive scripts. Ben began his film career at Wesleyan University, where his thesis film "The Professor" won faculty honors, along with other festival awards. Benʼs subsequent shorts have screened at numerous festivals including Outfest, Frameline and Chicago REEL Shorts and have been distributed internationally through Ouat! Media and the Mini Movie Channel. Currently, Ben is co-writing a new romantic comedy with acclaimed writer/director Patrik-Ian Polk and editing his upcoming musical short film, "The Dancing Cavalier", for which Ben composed, arranged and recorded a full orchestral soundtrack. Ben intends to continue writing genre films and television pilots with the kind of strong, complex roles that attract talent. |
